Our Process
Visual Assessment
Our technician will visually inspect the property to conduct a preliminary assessment. The technician will take surface and/or air samples, if needed. The samples will then be submitted to an independent laboratory for analysis.
Provide a Strategy
Based on the visual assessment and the results from the laboratory a strategy and proposal will be presented based on the needs of the project.
Remediation
Our certified technicians will utilize multiple approaches while adhering to specific protocols following the ANSI/IICRC S520 and EPA guidelines.
Post Remediation Testing
Once our treatment is complete, we will recommend a post remediation air test to be performed by a third party certified mold accessor to ensure successful remediation.
